SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on 
weekends or holidays are processed the next 
business day.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping to the United States takes 
approximately 7–16 business days after processing. 
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your 
location and carrier availability.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a 
confirmation email with a tracking number. Please 
allow 2–5 business days for tracking information 
to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Delays
Pawvelle is not responsible for carrier delays 
outside our control, including weather events, 
customs processing, or high-volume shipping 
periods. If your order has not arrived within 
20 business days, please contact us at 
support@pawvelle.store and we will make it right.
