REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not
completely happy with your Pawvelle purchase, we
are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed,
and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To start a return, email support@pawvelle.store
with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions within
1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will
notify you by email. Approved refunds are
processed within 7 business days back to your
original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email
us at support@pawvelle.store within 7 days of
delivery with photos of the damage. We will send
a replacement or issue a full refund — no return
required.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us
immediately. We will correct the order at no
additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or are not in
original condition are not eligible for return.
