Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are processed within 1–3
business days. Delivery to the United
States typically takes 7–16 business
days after processing. You will receive
a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Nothing. We offer free standard
shipping on all US orders, no minimum
required.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships you will
receive a confirmation email with your
tracking number. Allow 2–5 business
days for tracking to activate after
your shipment notification.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Contact us within 24 hours of placing
your order at support@pawvelle.store and
we will do our best to accommodate
changes before your order ships.

THE BED
Q: What is the bed made of?
A: The Pawvelle Deep Sleep Orthopedic
Dog Bed is filled with high-density
orthopedic foam that contours to your
dog's body, relieving pressure on
joints, hips, and spine. The outer
cover is made from soft corduroy ribbed
fabric that is both durable and
comfortable.
Q: Is the cover removable and washable?
A: Yes. The cover zips off completely
and is machine washable. We recommend
washing on a gentle cold cycle and
air drying to maintain the fabric
quality.
Q: Is the bed waterproof?
A: The inner lining is waterproof,
protecting the orthopedic foam from
moisture and accidents. The outer
cover is water resistant but should
be removed and washed if soiled.
Q: Will the foam flatten over time?
A: Our orthopedic foam is high-density
and designed to hold its shape through
extended daily use. Unlike cheap
polyfill beds, it won't go flat after
a few weeks.
Q: Is this bed good for dogs with
arthritis or joint problems?
A: Yes. The orthopedic foam is
specifically designed to relieve
pressure on joints and support dogs
with arthritis, hip dysplasia, or
mobility issues. It is ideal for
senior dogs and large breeds.
Q: Does the bed have a non-slip bottom?
A: Yes. The bottom of the bed has a
non-slip surface to keep it in place
on hardwood floors, tile, and other
smooth surfaces.

SIZING
Q: What size should I order?
A: Use this as your guide:
S (40x35x12cm) — Small breeds up to 20 lbs
M (57x45x12cm) — Medium breeds 20–50 lbs
L (80x53x15cm) — Large breeds 50–90 lbs
When in doubt, size up. Dogs love
room to stretch out fully.
Q: My dog is between sizes — what
should I do?
A: Always go with the larger size.
A bed that's slightly too big is
always better than one that's too
small. Dogs sleep better with space.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days
of delivery. Items must be unused and
in original condition. Email us at
support@pawvelle.store to start a return.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Email us at support@pawvelle.store
within 7 days of delivery with a photo
of the damage. We will send a
replacement or issue a full refund
immediately — no return required.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your
return, refunds are processed within
5–7 business days back to your
original payment method.
Q: My dog used the bed but doesn't
seem to like it — can I return it?
A: We stand behind our product. If
your dog isn't taking to the bed
within the first 30 days, contact us
at support@pawvelle.store and we will
work with you to find a solution.
